The main reason to pressure wash any structure is to remove mold or to prevent the recurrence of mold. Pressure washing will also add to your neighborhoods curb appeal.

Mold is found both outdoors and indoors and to reduce the mold health threat it must be controlled where it grows, outside. Controlling exterior mold reduces the chances of mold getting into your home and causing mold growth to the interior of your home or business.
